COMING UP next a special documentary, by one of the students on the Whitireia Radio Journalism course.

The Bolton Street Memorial Park hasn’t officially been open as a cemetery for over a century.

But the park is still as popular as ever with visitors keen to learn about Wellington’s history.

Jamie Tahana went on a tour of the park to find out about the graveyard as old as the city.

That was Jamie Tahana and his documentary “Grave Matters” an end of year assignment for his Radio Journalism course at Whitireia Media centre.
