Lucan Battison case tough to stomach

Jul 21st, 2014 | By | Category: Radio News

THE court case that hit headlines last month, between St John’s College in Hastings and student Lucan Battison, was a tough watch for the school’s former principal Neal Swindells.

The case over the length of Battison’s hair, was won by the teenager, after the judge decided the schools rules were too vague.

Swindells now the Rector at St Patrick’s College in Kilbirnie, remained silent on the issue, but says the case was tough to watch.
