Undecided voters give Labour hope

Sep 6th, 2014 | By | Category: Radio News

LABOUR says the blue ribbon seat of Wairarapa is winnable following today’s poll result showing 29 percent of voters are still undecided.

The  Wairarapa Times Age poll shows National’s Alastair Scott in the lead with 34% support and Labour’s Kieran McAnulty in second place with 20 percent of the electorate vote.

Third highest polling candidate in terms of support is New Zealand First’s Ron Mark with 11%.

Kieran McAnulty says he believes the huge number of undecided votes will go to him because he’s committed to the region and has been very active on the campaign trail.
