LISTEN: Mayoral candidates split on fixing homeless issue

Candidates vying for the Wellington mayoralty can’t agree on who is responsible for fixing the capital’s homeless problem.

Current figures show about 50 people a day are sleeping rough on Wellington’s streets.

Sally Muyoma has filed this special report after most of the candidates attended a NewsWire news conference to discuss capital issues this week.
