Our $10 million Melbourne Cup habit no problem

New Zealanders are expected to spend more than 10 million dollars on today’s Melbourne Cup race but that’s not concerning the Problem Gambling Foundation.

Workplaces throughout the country will come to a stop at 5 o’clock this afternoon as the race that stops two nations gets underway at the Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne.

However New Zealand’s Problem Gambling Foundation says for most people it is just a day of harmless fun.
