Changing the rhythm to ease your stress

An international dance movement new to Wellington could be the answer to your stress issues.

 

5Rhythms is a dance class which gets its name from the five differing tempos which help you relax.

 

The class,  designed for people of all ages and activity levels, allows people to dance freely with no judgement or boundaries.

 

Instructor Alex Rodriguez says 5Rhythms helped her get rid of  chronic pain and she’s hoping others will have the same experience.
