CubaDupa Arts Festival started today in Wellington.
The weather didn’t start off that well but it’s gradually improving.
By 2pm crowds were building, having a good time and enjoying a range of food, street art and entertainment.
Wellington Central MP Grant Robertson opened the festival saying that it “embraces superb diversity of Wellington”.
While this is a Wellington festival, it draws people from all over the country like the Waugh family from Auckland.
The whole family are followers of the steampunk craze and have come down to Wellington especially for the festival.
