Kiwis told to forget about bargains when shopping

New Zealanders are better off buying healthy than shopping for a bargain.

Recent reports show New Zealanders are spending six out of every ten dollars on specials, whereas Australians spend four out of ten.

Healthy Food Guide editor Niki Bezzant says people should start by cooking better and easier meals,  or use services like My Food Bag.
