Te Reo Maori speakers needed to assist the blind

Blind Kiwis are enjoying plays and other performances with trained audio describers.

These narrators fill in the gaps when there is no talking by describing the action taking place on stage or screen.

But description in Te Reo Maori is lacking.

Audio describer Nicola Owen says there is no one trained in Te Reo Maori, and she is hoping to change this.
